Sales

We are looking for friendly and outgoing candidates with knowledge of desert plants!

Sales Associate Duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers, answering their questions about our products and recommending the right plant material, and putting together customer delivery orders. The candidate will be responsible for using POS register system. When there are no customers, the candidate will be responsible for assisting the nursery, duties include but are not limited to loading plants, planting, watering, and caring for the plant material.

Requirements

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

  • English Speaking (bilingual a plus)

  • Knowledge of desert plants and how to handle and install material

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to withstand seasonal outdoor weather conditions of the Coachella Valley

Installation & Irrigation

We are looking for experienced irrigators with knowledge of desert plants!

The candidate will be assisting with plant deliveries and installations. Occasionally, plants will need an irrigation system and candidates will be REQUIRED to have knowledge of installing and programming station timers, valves, PVC, drips, bubblers, etc. When there is no deliveries candidate will be responsible for assisting the nursery, duties include but are not limited to planting, watering, and caring for the plant material.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with installing and setting up irrigation systems

  • Knowledge of how to handle and install plant material

  • Valid driver's license

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to withstand seasonal outdoor weather conditions of the Coachella Valley

Skills:

  • Must be self-motivated

  • Efficient and work in a timely matter

  • Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
